Saturday is surfable

Light south wind is making things a bit bumpy but there are a few 2ft sets getting in. So Saturday is surfable which is all that matters to many. 3:13pm low. Wind forecast to go east Mark

Thursday Late File

Late file sorry.  Was no wind early then onshore was up when I did some drive by photos at 9am. 2ft sets. That wind looks a lot stronger some so maybe some more junk will blow up for the evening frothers Mark

Surfable Not stokeable

Junky easterly onshore with wobbly 2 foot sets. 6:46am high might have things getting a touch better as the tide drops. As they say “surfable” but not stokeable Mark – Surfboards Direct

Tiny Tuesday

Not much on today. A few dribblers if you wait and having a longboard in your quiver will help.  Onshore is supposed to pickup too. South facing will have a touch more juice Mark

10+ SUP Comp [VIDEO]

The Sydney Paddle Surfing Club had their first 10ft+ SUP contest yesterday at Palm Beach. Tom Carroll showed up for one heat to show why he is such a natural (well goofy) at this stuff. Click through to see a great video from Paul Chapman of the day. Come on. We know you love SUP’ers. […]

Crackaofaday

Cracker of a day. Nice little south swell crusing in. Manly is only getting about 2 foot of it but while the wind still has enough west in it other beaches should be getting a bit more. It’s that nice cool fresh kind of day that feels good to be surfing. 11:19am low Mark

Marginal Things

Pretty tiny stuff for Saturday. Could be worse wind so clean enough for the early to try for a few knee high dribblers. Longboards required. Outlook is for wind to get uglier SE so now or never. Mark

Fun Friday

Mix of dying SE swell with NE windsell creating some fun 2-3ft peaks for Friday surfers. Sunny day, fun waves, 8am low – great morning for a surf.  NNE’ers forecast so north corners should still have waves today. Mark – Surfboards Direct

Bump n Wobble

The SE swell is still around but an ugly overnight ENE wind is making things messy and kind of horrible looking.  Sets are almost head high and its the peak of swell for a few days so I guess if you have nothing else to do you can surf Mark – Surfboards Direct

The odd nice set

Nice clean conditions this morning. A bit of waiting but some nice south swell lines appearing that should be bigger and better at south magnets.  Light onshores forecast so well worth a morning surf somewhere today. Low was 6:14am High 12:38 Mark – Surfboards Direct
