He needs to find the right person to share studio space:
Creative Suite has space for 1 or 2 in our Manly studio.
It would suit a creative industry freelancer or small business. You might be a web developer, an animator, a director, or something of the sort. We’d like to keep it creative, and would look to use your talents along the line.
There’s an adjoined meeting room, kitchen stuff, and a massive wrap around balcony ready for multiple concurrent cricket matches, summer bbq’s, and glimpses of the harbour if your neck is long enough. Rent includes ADSL2 internet if you want.
We like a bit of music, don’t smoke, go to the beach at lunch, go to the pubs across the road at will, eat wherever we so please, and generally feel that our studio is the wonderful part of a life of work.
