SURF FORECAST ISSUED FRIDAY 25 SEPTEMBER 2009: SEVEN DAY OUTLOOK FOR SYDNEY:
Looks like it’ll be a bit windy for the weekend… But it’s an ill wind that blows no one some good:
– the Kiwis have already got free dirt from us,
– the car got washed for the first time in ages, and
– we might get some more waves, then have a rest, then get some more waves…
Saturday: in the 1-2 metre range South East, but getting knocked down by strong westerlies by the arvo… hang onto your hat
Sunday: you need a crystal ball… But hey… I’ve got one! Small in the morning and rising from the south in the arvo.
Monday: oh I’d say around the 3-4 metre mark at places that handle dead South swell.
Tuesday: about 2 metres dead South spots.
Wednesday: in the 1-2 metre range South East/East.
Thursday: in the 1-2 metre range North East.
Friday: rising thru the 1-2 metre rnage thru the day from the South.
Water temp is around 18-19.
Ain’t Nature wonderful…
