So for Tuesday its not at all unreasonable to find offshore winds and the small 2 foot bump like we had on Monday. The best time would be after 7:30 am as the higher than average tide is going out. That will give you most of the early day to check the cameras and see if its worth dargging your bigest board out for a ride.
