Wind’s picked up and it’s howling offshore about 18 knots at 245p but there are some beautiful conditions happening–and the crowd’s not too bad at this stage.
Mostly, it’s 2-3ft clean waves from the Point up to Longy but then about every 20 minute or so a BIG 5-6ft bomb set comes roaring through, mostly going unridden as everyone’s sitting way in side waiting for the little ones. If you sit WAY out the back and be patient you could score some trophies.
