The Goat’s Surf Forecast
Posted by: goat on July 27th, 2012Surf forecast issued Friday 27 July 2012: Seven day outlook for Sydney:
A bit of a surprising pulse over at the cliff today, whereas the beach looks almost flat (MHL buoy currently 1-2 m 8-10 sec East) – so I wouldn’t give up searching for a little wave at the right tide right place today… After today it looks like it’s coming up from the south but because it will have a lot of SSW in it at first I wouldn’t expect it to be getting in everywhere right off.
Saturday: in the 1-2 metre range at places that like dead South swell (pretty much nothing at places that don’t)
Sunday: about 2 metres at dead South spots (smaller elsewhere)
Monday: 1-2 metres dead South
Tuesday: 2-3 metres dead South
Wednesday: 2-3 metres South East
Thursday: ditto
Friday: 1-2 metres South East.
Water temp is around 19.
Hope you all have fun!
