Hello Friends,

Swell’s faded since its peak around midday yesterday. It’s still out of the S-SSE at around 1-5 metres and as of 0300 the average period was hanging in there at close to 13 seconds. I reckon it’s dropped a little since that data was recorded from the MHL buoy. The biggest sets looked to be maybe in the chest high range. As the pictures show, they’re kinda softish – despite the period – so you wouldn’t be expecting too many barrels.

Tide’s dropping to a low at 1222 and then is back to a modest high at 1810.

From the shape of the forecast models this morning, we could be heading into another week of generally small conditions. There may be a small uptick at NE spots around Thursday-Friday as a medium period NE pulse briefly graces us with a few waist plus sets.

Have a relaxing Monday and remember, just stay happy!
