Just about flat at Dee Why this morning

Hello Friends,

Less than a metre of SE swell at 12 seconds apart resulted in nothing at Dee Why point and only the very, very occasional kayak-able line along the beach. If you could catch one with a board, I’d say it was ankle to knee high.

The Bureau says we’ll have NW 10-15kts in the morning but by this evening it will be SE – and it’ll stay that way through to tomorrow afternoon when the call is for NE 15-20 kts. Swell is set to be SE 1-2 metres from dawn Friday, so with luck south magnet spots not too exposed to the NE will have something for us.

I’m with the Goat where the week ahead surf outlook is concerned.

Have yourself a great Thursday everybody!
