Went down to the point to grab a few snaps late this morning. Reasonable size crew on it and definitely some 2x overhead wave faces on the bombs. It was consistent, but I don’t know what it was, the tide maybe, the swell angle possibly, but lots of waves were just not that special, despite the size. Even so, I managed to get a fair number of shots (see the samples below), and as I write this they are uploading to the gallery you’ll find here later this evening.
