Surf forecast issued Thursday 17 September 2015: Seven day outlook for Sydney:
Waves all weekend and for the first week of the school hols, of varying quality ~~~~~~~~~~~
Friday: up a little from today – say around 2 metres or so at dead South places (with S winds to make it messy at exposed places)
Saturday:easing back into the 1-2 metre range South East (E wind)
Sunday: in the 1-2 metre range East South East (NE wind)
Monday: 1-2 metre range East turning North East (NW/NE wind)
Tuesday: around 1 metre or so North East early then coming up from the South (Light, then S/SW winds)
Wednesday: bigger, in the say2-3 metre 3+ metre area at places that like dead South swell ( and The Bureau says “windy”, S/SW)
Thursday: larger, and could be better for the keen ones, say around 3-4 metres dead South (with SW wind)
Friday: looking similar at this stage.

Water temp is currently below 20 again off Sydney, around 19.4, but I suspect that’s just a cool eddy.. the East Coast current is warm close to shore all the way down the Eden~~~
