Another murky morning, but there are waves

Hello Friends,

Light SW breezes and smooth but still somewhat lumpy conditions just before 0700. Swell continues to push along. It looks a touch smaller than yesterday, but the direction’s about the same (ESE), the period’s about the same (11 sec) and the bombs will probably be about the same.
Tide’s coming into the high at 1000.
Outlook for the rest of the day is for cloudy with an 80% chance of showers. The swell should maintain at about the present settings too. The wind will gradually come up from the east, so getting in earlier rather than later looks like the plan.
The swell should keep coming at us from the east for the remainder of the week. As they have for a week now, the models continue to project average heights of around 1.3- metres with average periods bumping around the 10-13 second range. Wind should be light for the early sessions too.
I’ll be out and about today, so I should be able to come up with another video minute at some point. Check back later to see what I come up with.
Go well with your Monday
