And there’s no real prospect of an improvement until tomorrow, when we might see a very slight uptick into the just barely catchable range at NE spots.
Judging by the swell models this morning, we’re looking unlikely to see anything much in the way of surf until late in the weekend or even Monday. Between now and then it seems we’re in for short period wind chop. Ah, spring…

Weather Situation
A south to southwesterly change associated with a cold front is moving along the New South Wales central coast and weakening. Winds will turn north to northeasterly during Thursday as a high pressure system moves over the Tasman Sea extending a ridge to the north coast and they will increase ahead of another cold front and stronger southerly change expected in the south late on Friday.
