Knee to waist plusses if you look around this morning

Hello Friends,
A quick scan of the cams and a hurried casting of the runes finds that Sydney’s ESE magnets had knee to waist plus ripples as of 0630. Wind was a light WSW’r under clear skies. Tide was starting to run in for the 1050 1.8m high. The MHL buoy was seeing 2.5 metres of 10-sec ESE-SE swell at 0400 and the prospect is for the energy levels to hang in at about the same intensity across the day. By this afternoon though it’ll be back to s-se wind.
Tomorrow looks like being similar size to today, but with southerly wind from early. Midweek could be pretty small but then the wind will pick up from the northerly quarters as we head toward the weekend while the swell also perks up again.
You can kind of make out the swell conditions over at north Bondi from the screengrab below…

Daybreak at Bondi and little lines apparent…

In Santa Barbara we’re back to quite small again, but skies are sunny. There are a couple more pulses in prospect for later in the week, so here’s hoping…
Grabbed the following screenshot from surfline’s Campus point camera. About as clear as North Bondi technically speaking, so you might not be able to tell that it’s around the knee high mark.
Tiny line dribbles around Campus Point, near UCSB.

Have a great Monday everybody!
