Beautiful morning with little waves

Hello Friends,
Posted the pics some time ago and have just returned from looking at the beach, so can tell you that as of 0900 Dee Why point wasn’t really surfable. To get a wave you needed to wander up the beach toward the pole where there seemed to be a few lazy waist and a bit (on sets) peaks. Surface conditions were somewhat textured and wind was offshore. Around at Curly the middle to south zones were showing occasional shoulder high sets. If you were in the spot, they’d stand up, but lots started out looking promising before flopping weakly over or fading out. Same wind direction obviously but the surface was more textured and choppy looking. Not super crowded for a weekday morning either.
At 0800 the MHL buoy was showing a metre of 8 second SE wind swell. Tide hits low at 1120 and will be back to high after dark. Wind should stay about the same all day.
Tomorrow the wind ramps up from the SW ahead of a late change to the south. Swell should slowly increase as the wind comes around. Wednesday looks to be strongly southerly with only 1-3 metres of south swell to go with it. Thursday looks like heaps of south wind and marginal short period south windswell. Friday looks small and southwest then maybe we get an uptick into head plus range for Saturday and hopefully more SW to the wind.
Have a great Monday!

Quiet at the point , little at the beach
