Hello Friends,
A beautiful morning, but it looks as though yesterday’s waves have gone away. Out at sea, the buoy data was showing 0.75 m of 9-second energy from the east. Wind was a light NW’r and tide was coming in to a high tide at 1255. Weather should be sunny with a high of 20 and Beachwatch was reporting the ocean on 20C.
The Goat’s still out of the paddock at the moment, so my quick take is that we’re in for really tiny to near flat today and tomorrow, with maybe a little chance of an uptick Sunday morning. The front half of next week is currently not looking too flash, but maybe from around Thursday we’ll start getting something at the south magnets.
Have yourself a great Friday!
Weather Situation
West to southwesterly airflow in the wake of a cold front that crossed the coast late on Thursday, with another weaker front expected to maintain fresh to locally strong winds over southern waters today as it moves over the Tasman Sea. Winds are then expected to ease on Saturday as a ridge strengthens over central NSW, then tend northerly from Sunday as a high pressure system moves into the Tasman Sea.
