Sunny Thursday and possibilities

Hello Friends,

Thursday opened with blue skies and 9-10 kts of WNW breeze. Out at sea the swell was 1.3 metres from the SE at 10 seconds and that was translating into waist-high with the occasional plus wave faces at Dee Why. So, a bit better direction, but about the same size as yesterday. The tide’s high at 0855 and it’ll be back to low at 1430. Wind should swing to the NE this afternoon, so the plan is to hit it earlier rather than later. Water’s clean and sitting on 19.

As always, I’ll be keen to hear what the Goat has to say about our surf prospects later today, but it looks to me as though tomorrow could be pretty marginal. Beyond that, the weekend is looking potentially pretty solid at south magnets…

Go well!
