The Goat’s Surf Forecast
Surf forecast issued Thursday 18 March 2021: Seven day outlook for Sydney:
TG wasn’t happy… Why did you wake me up for this? …Can’t you look out the window!?! …Find something else to do!
I said: Can you have a closer look for me, and shoved him out the door.
I find that after an involuntary immersion, and he dries himself, warms up and calms down, he’s always more polite…
But his polite message was still pretty much the same>>>
I suggest it might be beneficial to you to consider doing something else that doesn’t involve going near the ocean.
The surf will be very ordinary, ugly, messy and downright dangerous at times from windblown swell coming from way out in the Pacific.
Best to follow his advice… and of course the authorities.
Friday: coming up in the 2-3 metre range East, with onshore wind
Saturday: up more say 3-4 metres East but who cares when its messy with nowhere to hide from the wind
Sunday: similar and ditto
Monday: around 2 – 2+ metres East ditto
Tuesday: easing a little maybe around 2 metreish with winds currently forecast to go North /North East
Wednesday: around 2-2+ metres North East
Thursday: ditto.
Stay safe.

Up in the Air
Oh yeah.. days and days of onshores dragging water up off the Pacific, taking it up in the air and letting it fall down on you and me>>>
