Weird or what? One moment the sky is blanketed in a dark grey covering; the next moment the sun is beaming; seconds later the grey blanket is back. Either way the wind is 16-20 knots from the ENE and surfer-unfriendly, producing only short-interval rolling balls of mush in the surf zone. The air is thick and sticky and one of those days where you hope you can just sit indoors by an air conditioner outlet and get on with things. Then again, getting away to somewhere by the beach to just sit and contemplate how good it is here wouldn’t be a bad option either…
