The call is out for all budding beach models to enter what is Sydney’s hottest and longest running beach girl model search. The iconic Northern Beaches event returns in 2011 after a 5 year hiatus after running for 14 years and will be bigger than ever.
The event will be held over 5 weeks with heat 1 on Saturday 12th February in the waterfront beergarden at Sydney’s famous Newport Arms Hotel. East Coast Girl Beach Model Competition is presented by Carlton Dry and is arguably the largest swimsuit competition in the Southern Hemisphere.
This year’s competition will be bigger than ever with over 50 of the hottest beach girls competing for over $25,000 in cash and prizes and the title of East Coast Girl for 2011. The winner will walk away with a plethora of prizes including cash, swimwear, holiday, photography portfolio from Inmode Photography, model website profile, personal training courses and a modeling contract with Adpro Management Group, the team who helped Jennifer Hawkins launch her career.
Four girls from each heat will be given the chance to participate in the final on March 12. Our 2005 Title winner Pauline Pedryc will be amongst the final Judging Panel along with celebrity guests and industry experts that are often overshadowed by the very vocal crowd vote on the day.
Event Dates
Heats will be held over four Saturdays, with entertainment from 3pm:
Heat 1 – Saturday 12th February – FINISHED
Heat 2 – Saturday 19st February – FINISHED
Heat 3 – Saturday 26th February
Heat 4 – Saturday 5th March
Grand Final Saturday 12h March
