Manly to Dee Why this morning

A few snaps to share from the Manly to Dee Why run this morning. Nothing much doing really. Manly was very small, but there was a distinct knee high line, so if you had the correct equipment, you were in with at least a chance.

Curl Curl was reasonably well attended at a little before 0900. Again, it looked as though the south end was more consistent. Although the surface conditions were perfect, the waist high waves coming in were both inconsistent and pretty fat. You’d typically get one or two turns before the energy faded out.

The south end of Dee Why was, as my earlier report showed, more or less unsurfable. I suppose with a SUP or a mal you might get the very occasional knee high thing. It seemed to be a tiny touch bigger up at Long Reef, but there again, playing the waiting game was a given.

Could be a quiet weekend for surf at this rate.

Go well!
