Rest day for Surfers

Hello Friends,

The predictions were spot on. This morning sees only the barest ripple at Dee Why thanks to a metre of 6-second period ENE windswell. The only person I could see in the water at Dee Why was about 10 metres off the sand – and still sitting too far out the back. Skies were grey and spitty but wind was not a factor.
FWIW, tide was low at 0650 and will be high at 1320.
I’ll be interested to see The Goat’s take on things later today. My reading of the models is much the same as yesterday, ie pretty much flat until sometime late Monday to early Tuesday when we could see a pretty solid south pulse fill in. Magnet spots could be into the overhead range and some of the models predict that the energy will fade slowly, but provide surfable options for a further 48-72 hours.
Best wishes for your day ahead!
