Looking flat at Dee Why

Hello Friends,

Dee Why was looking utterly unsurfable this morning. The MHL buoy was only picking up 0.6 metres of 16-sec SSE swell. Wind is set to stay offshore this morning and then will become more variable later on. The Bureau is calling for the swell to come up a touch this evening, but tomorrow’s prospects don’t look too red-hot.

So, a great day to be getting on with your life outside surfing. And it looks as though it could be a few days of this to come too. Still, there’s a lot of activity in the southern ocean, so maybe something will come around the corner for us by early next week…

Go well with your Friday!
