Surf forecast issued Thursday 15 September 2016: Seven day outlook for Sydney:

Great paddle out sendoff for Midget at Palmie last Sunday, bringing all kinds of surf craft and all those who enjoy the surf together, just as he would have wished.  RIP at home in the waves~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

There were some little waves today from the East North East earlier…. then from around lunchtime from an East South East direction through to South East later on.  More variations likely through the coming week.

Friday: about 1 metre or so at places that like dead South swell…and smaller elsewhere

Saturday: coming up in the 1-2 metre range dead South…and ditto

Sunday: down at first to around 1 metre or so East South East, then starting to come up later

Monday: 1-2 metres South East

Tuesday: around 1 metre South East

Wednesday: around 1 metre East

Thursday: 1-2 metre range East.
