Fading fast for Friday

Hello Friends,

Well, that’s that for our week plus of swell. There was a trickle still coming into Dee Why at 0745 when I took the snaps. I’d call the sets waist and a bit. It looked lully too but comparatively clean in the 5-10 kt northerly breeze. At 0600 the MHL buoy was detecting 1.3 metres of 10-sec east swell. Apart from North Curly and Queenscliff, the Beachwatch folks say water is okay and that temp isĀ 18oC. Next tide is a 0.56 m low at 0935 and then at 1600 it’ll be back to a 1.4 m high. There’s a 50% chance of a light shower.
As for the outlook, well, as he has done for well nigh two decades, The Goat rolled out a fresh weekly surf forecast yesterday evening. As they say in Parliament, I commend it to you.
Have a top day and get up to some good on the way through!

Sets only barely surfable at the point 0745
Hanging around at No Mans
Kiddies set at 0745
