Scrappy conditions Wed arvo at Dee Why

Afternoon update for you!

Skies haven’t exactly cleared, but the rain’s backed off, so I grabbed a couple snaps of this afternoon down at Dee Why. Distinctly ordinary, although a bit better than this morning’s dreck. Wind has dropped right away and from about the airport south its mostly SSW. Tomorrow the swell should kick up a gear as some solid south swell starts to fill in. There’s a strong wind warning for S-SW 20-25kts. The wind is forecast to settle to the SW for Friday when the swell is projected to peak in the 3-4 metre range.

Catch your tomorrow morning.
