Hello Friends,
A few postcards from Crescent this morning where the day started sunny with light wind and consistent east swell in the chest to head and a bit range. Tide was coming in, so the waves were pretty fat and therefore hard to get into a lot of the time. Still, I’m not complaining because I managed to jag 2 or 3 long, walled up and playful head high plus waves. Good for an old guy, I reckon.
The wind held off until late morning when the temp climbed into the low 30’s.
Not overly hopeful about this afternoon’s prospects, but maybe the wind will fade toward dusk and I’ll be tempted again.
Outlook for tomorrow is showery, with northerly wind and fading swell… so may be an early departure for the run home.
