On paper it should be the best surf in ages. Solid 4ft sets, offshore, couple off swell direction (SE & S) mixing things up. The reality was a lot of waiting and just hard to find a good one. A few freak sets even broke on the bombie and then on my head at dawn but getting in the right spot got more difficult as the Sunday crowds turned out. Still there must be a moment of tide and pulse that will be good somewhere today. That wind is about to hit around to the SE and get ugly though so as they say go surfing now
