The Goat’s Surf Forecast

Surf forecast issued Friday 8 August 2016: Seven day outlook for Sydney:

Up and fairly messy today..only attractive to the fit and desperately keen.  Tommy Carroll hadn’t looked yet but said he wanted to get wet …. Suggested he would have it pretty much to himself.

Still up somewhat for the weekend, with occasional showers but light winds…

Then when the weather is expected to be improving, the waves will be disimproving – Is that a word?? Well I don’t know, but I just made it one – But there will be waves.

So if you can, and you want to… when it’s looking better/ but hard to say when that might be… just get out there and have fun, and stay safe 🙂  … too many ‘ands’ ?? unghh< visualise a shrug of the shoulders>

Saturday: say 2-3 metre range South East..watch for sets

Sunday: ditto but going down

Monday: in the 1-2 metre range and going down

Tuesday: about 1 metre or so East South East

Wednesday: ditto but North East

Thursday: ditto and going down

Friday: around 1 metre or less at dead South places.
