"Stay happy and you'll be perfectly fine" - Jack Norris

Fat, full and tiny early

Hello Friends,
Breezy, partly cloudy with big patches of blue sky – and thunder off in the distance. As the pictures show, there’s almost nothing going on where the waves are concerned. Wind was out of the WSW at 10-15 kts and down at the beach, surface conditions looked nice and clean. Swell at sea was 1.4 metres from the SSE at 8 seconds apart. Tide was running into the high at 0925 and weather outlook was for a high of 22C with an 80% chance of more showers. The Bureau has a gale warning for the Sydney coast ahead of an expected switch back to strong southerly conditions for the next couple of days. I’m pinning my hopes on Tuesday morning at this stage.

Go well and mask up in indoors public spaces.

Weather Situation
A low pressure system off the southern coast is slowly tracking southeast whilst a high pressure system to the west of Tasmania extends a ridge across the west, producing vigorous southerly stream along the NSW coast today. The winds should gradually ease early next week as the low moves further offshore and the ridge of high pressure becomes a dominant feature across the state.
